
This resource site will provide you all the tools and resources you need to succeed during our challenge. We know it can be overwhelming when you first start a program, this is normal but know we will be with you every step of the way of your journey!

Step 1
Please fill out your initial evaluation form. Once you do your coach will provide you with your custom plan prior to orientation.

Step 2
Please plan on attending your orientation. Your orientation dates are inside your welcome email.

Step 3
Attend a minimum of 3 workouts per week. Our workouts will help you build lean muscle, get stronger, and burn fat.

Step 4
Complete your weekly progress reports by Friday at noon. Your weekly progress reports help your coaches know how you are doing and provide you the support you need to succeed.
